His expertises are in REO/Short Sales, on-site sales and marketing, condominium and townhome living, custom homes, investor assistance, builder/developer marketing and sales, market analyses, and land acquisition.

Tom was very knowledgeable about the areas we were interested in, and was helpful in narrowing down the neighborhood we wanted to be in. He was very responsive with texts and emails, and made himself readily available to answer any questions we had! Tom was amazing to work with during our first home purchase. His expertise and knowledge in the neighborhoods of our interest shows and is a huge asset to have if you’re buying a home in the loop. He did not only advised us on location, neighborhood feel and price but also on the build/structure of the homes, expensive vs cheap finishes and easy vs complicated repairs. He scheduled 15-20 home visits in 1 week to fit our very specific schedule during covid times. Tom is a people person, he quickly identified both of our personalities and helped us navigate through the wants/needs/decisions while getting to know us as people, not just as a client. We felt prioritized during the whole process answering calls/texts at all hours of all days. We were very happy how he handled the negotiations, very professionally but at the same time direct and decisive, always having our best interest at hand. We recently closed on a home and had an excellent experience working with Tom. We are relocating from NYC and relied heavily on Tom on all aspects of our home search.
