FROM ME: Tom and his lovely wife were the BEST things that could have happened to us during our home buying experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home in the Houston area. I was living 3 hours away and Tom would go out of his way to view properties and give me detailed reports so I did not have to drive down to Houston every weekend.
He was always available by phone and would respond right away to help us with any questions. He clearly knows what he is doing and it showed through the whole experience. I ended up having a big issue with the lender I chose and Tom and his wife tirelessly worked to get me to closing on time. I would not be in my home today if it was not for all the hard work that he put in above and beyond what would be expected of a realtor.

We were first time home buyers and our experience had many curve balls: the house was listed as 20% bigger than it actually was, our mortgage lender was fired for mismanagement of or loan 3 days before closing, we were buying the property from a relocation company, and we were living in a different city when buying our house.

Tom was a rockstar. He got us almost asking in less than a week, and was able to navigate a lot of our anxious requests with never a complaint. We had a realtor prior to Tom, and switching to him was the best decision we made! His heights presence is huge, and he even had showings day one of the listing being posted.
